What moves the number
- Room size and fixture count: a typical uplight package is ten to twenty fixtures
- Height and rigging: chandeliers and canopies are labor, priced from the hang
- Custom work: a custom gobo takes two to three weeks to make
- Power: farms and fields may need a generator and distribution
- The timeline: a ceremony-to-reception change, an early load-in or a late strike adds crew hours

What every number includes
Design consultation, delivery, installation by certified riggers and licensed electricians, a technician through the reception, and strike after the last guest leaves. There are no day-of additions: if it is not on the proposal, it is not on the invoice.
How to compare two quotes
A lower number is often a drop-off: fixtures delivered at noon with no one to aim, program or run them. Ask three questions of any quote. Is a technician on site through the reception? Are certified riggers doing the rigging? Is strike included? Each “no” is labor you will pay for another way.
When to book
Six to twelve months ahead for peak Nashville dates, April to June and September to November. Two to four months is often workable for other dates. The most requested chandeliers reserve first.
