Every wedding deserves light that was considered.

Nashville Audio Visual has lit this city’s weddings since 1995, from an intimate ceremony under the trees to a Four Seasons ballroom for three hundred. We bring a designer’s eye and a production crew’s discipline to each one.

We own the inventory. We design the plot. Licensed electricians and certified riggers install it, a technician stays through the last dance, and the same people strike it at night. You never manage a vendor. You attend your wedding.

We visit the venue with you or your planner, talk through the timeline and the photographs you care about, and note every rigging point and power source.

An itemized proposal within 24 business hours: fixtures, crew, rigging, load-in windows. Nothing is added on the day.

The evening

Certified riggers and licensed electricians install. A technician stays for the reception. We strike after the last guest leaves.

Before you ask.

Most Nashville wedding lighting falls between $500 and $6,000: ceremony light from $500, reception uplighting from $800, uplighting with a monogram and pin-spots from $1,800, and a full reception design from $3,500. Chandeliers and canopies are quoted from the hang. See the wedding lighting cost guide.

Six to twelve months for peak dates (April to June and September to November in Nashville). Two to four months is often workable for other dates. Popular Saturdays and the most requested chandeliers reserve first.

Always. We coordinate directly with your planner, florist, venue coordinator and photographer so the light complements every other decision.

Both. Ballrooms, barns and galleries indoors; tents, lawns and courtyards outdoors with weather-rated fixtures and a written power plan.

Uplighting places LED fixtures at floor level to wash the walls in color or tunable white. It is the most efficient way to transform a room, and the difference shows in every photograph.
